Service Technician

Five StarCDJR is a family owned and operated business in Clearfield, PA. We are currently seeking a full-time Service Technician to join our team.

Department: Service

Reports To: Service Manager

Summary:

The Service Technician is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of all company equipment. The Technician will also be responsible for providing customer service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain company equipment
• Provide customer service and support
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems
• Order and stock parts
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures
• Complete all required training

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a service technician role
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
• Time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

• Clearfield, PA 16830: Relocate before starting work (Required)
