We are seeking a Salad Person to support our wait staff. Salad Person responsibilities include preparing salads in a consistant manner for the servers and for all take out orders, restocking the salad area, assisting servers with salad and desserts, assisting cooks with set up needs, polishing silverware and keeping your workspace clean. If you enjoy a fast-paced way of working and want to get started in the hospitality industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Stock and refill Salad area
- Prepare Salads as specified by Chef
- Assist servers with salads, desserts and other needs
- Polish Silverware
- Keep area clean
Skills
- Work experience as a Busser, Food Runner or other entry-level role in a restaurant is a plus
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy items and stand for long hours
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.20 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
