Job Details

Greylock Recovery is a substance use disorder (SUD) withdrawal management and residential treatment facility opening in Williamstown, Massachusetts. Our mission is to provide world-class treatment to those suffering from the disease of addiction, in a safe, compassionate, nurturing environment.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated items, according to OSHA regulations.
  • Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies and equipment; report shortages to supervisor. Replenish as needed throughout the shift.

Washes dishes, pots, pans, etc, in a dish machine or by hand.

  • Assists in stocking and rotating incoming products.
  • Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
  • Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
  • Performs daily cleaning including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system.
  • Maintains sanitation standards in assigned areas.
  • Sweeps and mops floors.
  • Alert the chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdown
  • Assist in plating up buffet hot meals as assigned.
  • Follow the maintenance program and cleaning schedule.
  • Perform duties in other areas of the kitchen as assigned.
