Job Details

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

WORKPLACE SAFETY is the responsibility of all associates. You are responsible for working in a safe manner by abiding by safety policies, procedures, and expectations, and by notifying management promptly of any unsafe conditions or concerns.

Maintains commitment to our Customer Promises by demonstrating “TEAMWORK AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE” and will apply its meaning and purpose with all others, including but not limited to, employees, customers, and vendors.

Contributes to a CREATIVE and INNOVATIVE work environment by sharing ideas and suggestions that will enhance results of a particular process or function, job or department, or overall company.

Enhance the customer experience by executing six steps of the customer promise.

Complies with all legal and regulatory requirements including but not limited: the sale of alcohol and tobacco, lottery, petroleum products, food safety, etc.

Performs all aspect of cashiering to include but limited to: handling cash, making changes, processing credit cards, selling lottery, handling pre-paids, cashing checks, processing EBT, etc.

Performs looping, cleaning and stocking and other daily duties per tasks list.

Maybe perform deli duties.

Promptly notified management of customer service, security, safety or inventory issues.

Performs all duties in compliance to the Cash Handling SOPs and other company expectations.
