We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative support. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilites include (but not limited to):
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
– Provide accurate information to callers and assist with inquiries
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
– Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
Requirements:
– Previous experience working as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
– Able to lift 10lb and make trips up and down stairs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
