Food Service Worker
Individuals must complete assigned functions within the department, excellent customer service, operates and maintains the dietary food equipment. Through constant interactions with customers, physicians, nursing, and visitors will provide efficient, courteous, and accurate service. Performs a variety of routine duties in the sanitation area of the Food Service Department.
Responsibilities and Duties
Our Food Service Workers function in many capacities including dishwashing, kitchen garbage removal, retail functions in one of our cafeterias (cashier, serving the tray line, Panini grill, cleaning and stocking), cold production (making parfaits, cold salads, some cleaning and stocking), serving the inpatient line, making coffee, stocking food and drink, and as hostess' they take orders bedside using a tablet.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants must possess great customer service and must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
