We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales/Design Assistant to join our team. As a Sales/Design Assistant, you will work closely with our sales, design and project management teams to support various tasks and contribute to the overall success of our company. This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in sales, commercial interiors, passion for design and a desire to grow their skills in a creative environment.

Duties:
– Assist the sales team in creating proposals and quotations.
– Assist the design team with small projects and proposals.
– Conduct basic math calculations for job pricing.
– Create layout designs using software such as 2020, GIZA or CET
– Assist with inside sales activities, including occasional walk in customers.
– Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
– Maintain organized project files and documentation

Requirements:
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to learn various design software packages
– Basic math skills for measurements, calculations and quotations
– Sales experience is a plus
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
