Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a leading property management company in Watertown, CT, overseeing market rate properties with portable vouchers seeking an experienced Property Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations, including portable vouchers.
• Implement leasing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates.
• Oversee maintenance activities and uphold safety standards.
• Cultivate positive resident relationships and address inquiries promptly.
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
