We celebrate the 50th anniversary of Older Americans Month! Every year since 1963, May has been a month to appreciate and celebrate the vitality and aspirations of older adults and their contributions to our communities. We see the contributions of our SCSEP participants every day, and thanks to them, our program has never been stronger.  We have thriving partnerships with over 130 host agencies. Our participants have performed almost 160,000 hours of community service so far this year, and almost 25,000 of those hours were in direct service to the elderly community. We find inspiration and motivation in their remarkable achievements.
