Window and Door Installer

Pella Windows & Doors is now looking for an independent minded, solutions-oriented in-house window installer. Are you hard working, attention to detail, and like to work with your hands? We are willing to train the right person as an apprentice into a superior window and door installer. We value our commitment to our customer, which requires an understanding and friendly demeanor, attention to detail, a passion to produce superior work, and an ear & eye to keep in mind and interpret customer needs and requests.

Other job requirements; (we will teach/coach to some)

· Comply with Pella’s engineering specifications as well as regulatory code requirements, safety procedures & techniques

· Review contract folder and all instructions/drawings before leaving on assignments to clarify work to be completed

· Responsible for the “recovery” of residential replacement window and doors to take them from incomplete to complete

· Engage with our Pella customer in a professional and thoughtful manner, while maintaining the integrity of Pella’s reputation for superior customer service

· Ensure vehicle being driven is fully equipped with all necessary parts, products, tools, and resources necessary to complete assigned projects

· Over time, we expect this role to train additional installers as well as complete install jobs
