Who we are:

Auburn Animal Center is looking to hire a full-time receptionist. We are a busy two-doctor practice that sees small animals. Applicants must have a positive attitude, excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, and computer proficiency. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience working in a veterinary hospital, but we are willing to train the right person. This position is for four ten-hour shifts, no nights or weekends.

Our veterinary receptionist responsibilities include the following:
  • Providing an exceptional client experience
  • Managing multiple phone lines
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Processing payments, discussing payment options
  • Making sure reception is clean
  • Experience with Avimark is preferred but not required.
