McVAC Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking individuals to join our Sales Operations Team.

The role of the Sale Operations Team is to streamline our customer responsiveness and bridge the gap between the sales & operation functions.

McVAC has created a new role of Sales Operations Specialist to join our talented and dynamic team. The Sales Operations Specialist is expected to provide administrative support to the sales team and proactively drive the sales operations processes.

Focusing heavily on clerical tasks, customer service, and “warm” sales calls, this position is responsible for effectively collaborating with and serving as a liaison amongst sales managers, and existing and potential customers. The Sales Operations Specialist will also assist in basic lead generation activities including bidding opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create, Update and monitor daily operations schedule. Confirm start times, confirm contracted price, service location, via phone, text and email.
  • Create Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Proposals, and tasks in CRM.
  • Assign tasks as required.
  • Schedule calendaring events in Outlook/Gmail.
  • Create and send emails via campaigns to prospective bidders.
  • Actively participate in team sales calls, collect, and document all required information.
  • Monitor and track all sales activities and open quotes and perform necessary follow-up measures to ensure accuracy, verify information, and collect supplementary data.
  • Identify future opportunities through requests for follow-up via telephone and email.
  • Actively solicit additional future opportunities from current customers.
  • Compile marketing material and distribute according to targeted efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Similar work experience with documented success in business operations or sales.
  • Must be highly efficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook), Adobe PDF
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn, adapt and applies new concepts and technologies.
  • Experience and expertise of managing various administration tasks, clerical duties, and project oversight.
  • 3+ years of business operations experience in roles such as sales representative, administrative or office assistant.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com including Dialer.
  • Experience in the Construction or Environmental Industry would be a plus but not required.

Education:

  • Recent college graduates with degree in construction management or environmental science will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
