Full Job Description
Cor-Tech has Several Production Openings in ST Albans, VT.
Are you looking to work at some of the best manufacturing plants? Do you enjoy working on a team? No experience needed, onsite training provided.
Pay is $20.06 per hour for these temporary to permanent production and warehouse roles.
Free ice cream to take home daily.
$100 Sign on bonus after 30 days with no absences.
Weekly paychecks.
Production Schedule
3rd shift is: Sunday – Friday: 10:30 PM – 7 AM – pay $19.50
These will move into 12 hour shifts below by the end of the year.
7 PM – 7:30 AM pay $20.06
12 hour Night Shifts Schedule on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.
Week 1 work: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday 36 hours pay
Week 2 work: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 48 Hours pay, OT for all hours over 40 ($30.09 for OT PAY RATE)
Week 3 back to week 1.
Monthly Employee Recognition programs for employees.
Monthly Attendance raffles. Benefits such as medical, dental, 401k and vision.
Job Responsibilities for the Production / Manufacturing Position:
Maintaining clean workstations.
Changing over flavors and adding fruit to fillers.
Adding cups and pints into machines.
Troubleshoot and fix equipment as needed.
The warehouse position will be moving products with a pallet jack around the plant as well as working on the lines.
Requirements for these Production / Manufacturing Roles
Teamwork and cooperation – work well with others as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals, and groups.
Adhere to GMPs and all other food safety requirements.
Able to stand for 12 hours while lifting, bending, and twisting.
Basic Math and Reading Skills.
Able to lift up to 35lbs repetitively.
In addition, there will be exposure to allergens such as dairy, eggs, tree nuts, coconut, peanuts,
wheat (gluten), soybean and cinnamon.
Previous production, factory, industrial, warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required as training is provided.
