Job Details

A Full-Time position M-F days with occasional ½ day Saturday rotation. Ideal candidate must be patient centered, friendly and a team player.

Job duties include: Answering telephone calls in a courteous manner, scheduling patient appointments, obtaining accurate information from patients and ensure all information is complete and accurate, collect patient co-pays and verify insurance coverage, prepare patient charts in advance of patients appointment to ensure proper information is included, maintain patient confidentiality.

Absolutely must have medical office experience. Medent and OB/GYN Experience Preferred. Willing to train the right person, with the right personality and work ethic.
