Shift: Day/Eve-8Hr

Primary Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Weekend Needs: None

Salary Range: Min/Hour $15.93 Mid/Hour $18.99 Max/Hour $22.05

After 6 weeks of onsite training an 80% hybrid remote work arrangement is available. When working in the office onsite parking is available.

External candidates are eligible for a sign on bonus! A $1,000 bonus after 90 days of employment and a $2,000 bonus after 1 year of employment! Bonus payments are subject to taxes.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Patient Account Representative functions independently within a payer team environment to appropriately resolve patient accounts by performing billing and follow-up activities to effectively collect balances due on assigned accounts. The expertise of each PAR enables the team to maximize Professional reimbursement while maintaining favorable public relations. The PAR is assigned a specific portion of the Accounts Receivable and is held accountable for the activity within the assigned A/R.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate’s degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Billing Experience preferred, Health insurance background highly preferred, basic computer skills are required.
