Online Retail Position

13 Moons, located in Bennington, VT, is looking for a motivated individual to work with us.

We are looking for an employee to start full-time/40 hour (8AM – 4PM, Monday – Friday) who is organized, motivated, web online-retail and computer experience as well as a general knowledge of the products we sell.

The position must be filled by someone who is reliable, organized, self-directed, able to work alone and with others, has patience, is good-natured and has a good sense of humor!

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Packing & shipping of outgoing orders
• Unpacking & stocking of incoming inventory
• Handling/lifting of heavy boxes and fragile items
• Computer skills & comfort with computer, including processing client’s orders, printing labels, shipping information, updating inventory
• Preparing & packing products we sell
• Taking packages to post office or UPS drop off
• General knowledge of our products
• Cleaning and organizing warehouse
• Customer skills: Ability to professionally correspond with customers on phone and by email

Knowledge of the following skills are a plus, however, are not required (must have a willingness to learn if not already familiar):

• Creative writing for product descriptions
• Web design (HTML/CSS)
• Photoshop
• Advertising/Marketing
