Paris Healthcare Linen Services is seeking a full-time Office Assistant for our Williamsport location. This position is responsible for assisting management with general office support. Job duties include but are not limited to generating customer orders accurately and timely, produce and review the production and clinic grids, assist with shortage calls as needed, maintain the customer order checklist for both the office and operations, take customer add and cut calls, enter adjustments into ABS and coordinate with operations, assist with payroll administration, contact management program, data entry, reception duties to include answering phones and greeting guests, and other duties assigned.
The successful candidate will have computer proficiency including Microsoft Office – specifically Word and Excel, excellent organizational and analytical skills, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and minimum one year of relevant office experience. The schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
