
Job Details
Responsibilities:
– Perform order entry and maintain accurate records of customer transactions
– Assist with dental receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
– Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
– Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
– Provide clerical support, such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
– Assist with customer support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
– Act as a personal assistant to the office manager, assisting with various administrative tasks
– Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting is preferred
– Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
– Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
