Killington, Vermont’s largest hospitality management company—the Karr Group—is seeking Ice Cream Scoopers to join our fun and friendly team!

As a Scooper, you create a fun and memorable experience for our guests by scooping ice cream and making ice cream sundaes, and milkshakes. Duties include greeting customers, answering questions, suggesting flavors, preparing orders correctly, collecting payment, and maintaining inventory. To be a scooper, you should work with accuracy and enjoy the artistic element of presentation. You are friendly, enjoy talking to people, and are a hard worker. You are organized, have good attention to detail, and are reliable. This is a great first job!

Mad Hatter’s is open from 12:00 – 9:00 PM daily throughout the summer. Our ideal candidate is available through September 30. Weekend availability is required.

• Provide excellent customer service
• Have the ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed
• Take part in pre-service duties and closing duties
• Demonstrate a passion for details and a willingness to learn
• Uphold hospitality standards to ensure a memorable guest experience
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment
• Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
