Full Job Description

The Social is opening May 1st 2021 in the historic Inn at Montpelier. With our massive veranda for outdoor seating plus four dining rooms, we have the space for a busy restaurant while maintaining socially distanced dining and COVID safety practices. Open for breakfast through dinner, we have a broad menu that spans from sinfully delicious through food that accommodates the various common health trends (paleo, keto, whole30, vegan, vegetarian). We have an experienced management team that we promise is fun and easy to work with.

Interviews start March 22nd, with orientation week of April 19th, soft opening April 24th and April 25th, and formal open May 1st.

We are hiring for dedicated dishwashers and bussers; you will receive a % of front-of-house tips as additional compensation. We have a nice cleaning / sanitizer set-up (no electric dishwasher) right next to the main cook and prep area, right next to the main cooking and prep areas.
