Position Statement: This position requires flexibility, regular attendance according to work schedule and understanding that position responsibilities may vary at times. The need to be receptive to additional responsibilities that may be reasonably assigned and the knowledge that processes are subject to change per organizational growth.

Qualifications: Practical retail store customer service, preferably in the retail pharmacy environment.

Work Environment: Located at Northern Light Pharmacy, State Street in Bangor. A busy, often times dynamic retail pharmacy requiring multi-tasking and good time management.

Physical Requirements: Sitting, standing for extended periods of time of 4 hours or more stooping, reaching, bending, walking, stretching lifting and carrying of up to 45 pounds, up to several times per shift, for a distance of up to 45 feet.
Light housekeeping and snow removal – climbing a step ladder or stool
Opening and closing, unassisted, prescription vials and other bottles and containers
Corrected vision and adequate hearing
Able to adequately communicate verbally in writing and via keyboarding with staff, prescribers and customers.
Assist in moving or re-setting store fixtures and equipment as required.
