Full Job Description
In this role, you will take inbound calls from clients, and respond to simple questions about ordering statements, relaying account information, assisting with website navigation, etc. You may also be responsible for performing data entry during call downtime.
Position Work Schedule: hours of operation are from 8am-6pm; full time schedules available from 8-5 / 9-6 or a part time schedule with minimum 20 hours per week availability.
- Professional communication, a pleasant phone manner and patience
- Strong computer skills, and the ability to toggle between applications
- Strong attention to detail
