About the Role
The Client Care Assistant will greet and service clients in a busy walk-in lobby. The Client Care Assistant will also answer in-person inquiries about the drug testing process. S/he will perform patient urine collections, both observed and unobserved.
o Ensure that all necessary information has been captured at the time of the collection
o Process client payments and other billing-based tasks
o Update and maintain client contact information and records, as necessary
o Data entry; faxing, scanning and copying documents as necessary
o Perform collections for urine drug screening, both observed and unobserved
o Monitor and maintain supplies and supply records for front office use
o Use effective communication skills in working with all laboratory staff
o Utilize excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and Advanced MD
o High level of reliability, attention to detail, dedication and initiative
o Act responsibly and follow professional code of conduct as set forth by senior personnel
o Maintain a high level of confidentiality by understanding and use of HIPAA laws and procedures

o At a minimum, has successfully completed the requirements of a high school diploma.
o One year of previous office experience is desirable
o Flexibility to work day, evening or night shifts including weekends, holidays and on-call
o Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time if needed
o Excellent computer skills, with a demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
o Ability to multitask, while maintaining attention to detail
o May be required to travel between business locations for coverage as requested
