Job Details

• Serve as File Clerk to District Mining personnel and office support to Field Operations as well as District Mining at the Moshannon District Office.
• Complete filing projects as assigned according to established procedures;
• Separate and sort documents into proper categories, making copies as necessary and files materials in the proper format
• Maintain files in the approved format and periodically reviews files for proper organization.
• Other key responsibilities include: filing Trust Fund material in a formatted organized manner, locating permit files for staff, visiting public, industry, and consultants, and preparing files for public review.

• High School or GED
• Have successfully examined and have a current score on file. (NOTE: Must first apply to the exam posting and follow the directions provided. Link to CLERK TYPIST 1 & 2 EXAM POSTING).
• Meet Pennsylvania residency requirements.
• Be able to perform essential job functions.
• Strong interaction and organizational skills
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software products
