Manufacturing – Cell Operator – 1st Shift
Starting Wage $18.50
Randolph, VT

Our Cell Operators are responsible for making and finishing cast iron parts that are used to create Hearth & Home Technologies’ industry-leading fireplaces, stoves and hearth products. You’ll be performing drill and grind techniques, along with basic machine operation, set up, and cleaning.
Successful candidates will be able to read and perform basic math functions to determine production counts, work-in-process, and product specifications, follow written and pictorial standard work instructions, communicate clearly and effectively with others, use various hand tools and electronic and pneumatic tooling, and lift up to 50 lbs.
