Full Job Description
SERVPRO Team Luciani is seeking a Call Center Coordinator. The Call Center Coordinator is responsible to answer and field all calls for the office staff and assist with other miscellaneous office related tasks.
- Answer phone calls.
- Field phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Assist in overflow office duties including: filing, scanning, copying, sending email correspondence, assisting with other miscellaneous tasks across multiple departments.
- Cross-train in the Customer Service Representative department.
- Act as a back-up or fill-in for the Customer Service Representative department.
- Document all phone correspondence with customers in appropriate files.
- Take messages when office staff is unavailable, follow up with office staff to ensure call backs.
- Other duties as needed.
Knowledge / Required Skills:
- Intermediate to Advanced Computer Knowledge
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Personable, Friendly Demeanor
- Ability to Multitask
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour
