Job Details

We are currently seeking a skilled Asphalt Roller Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating heavy equipment and possess a strong understanding of construction processes, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

– Operate and maintain rollers to compress asphalt, gravel, dirt, or other materials during construction
– Ensure proper compaction of materials to meet project specifications
– Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
– Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate work activities
– Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

  • Milton, VT 05468: Relocate before starting work (Required)
