JOB OVERVIEW:

• The Arcade Attendant will assist our guests to understand game play and ticket pay outs as well as keeping games and prizes full. Attendants responsibilities will also include keeping games and Arcade clean along with opening and/or closing duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Working papers if needed
• Ability to lift or transport up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work 6 to 8 hr. shifts with ability to go up and down stairs
• Self motivated
• Energetic and able to communicate with numerous guests at once
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Must have teamwork mentality
• Must be able to multi-task
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Must come in uniform every shift
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to work with children

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Comply with attendance rules and work on a regular basis
• Fill tickets and restock games
• Limited game upkeep
• Sell and understand game cards
• Sell and understand redemption items
• Light cleaning such as vacuuming, dusting and wiping fingerprints on games and glass
• Taking out garbage
• Working with a POS System
• Opening and Closing responsibilities

EXPERIENCE: / Helpful but not necessary-willing to train
