Lawrence Chevrolet is looking for a full-time service appointment scheduler to handle high call volume. The right candidate will have excellent phone skills, a dependable work ethic, an outgoing personality and is customer service oriented. No automotive experience is necessary, but the ability to keep up with phone calls in a fast paced environment is a must. Some outbound calls to our service customers is also required. Computer skills to perform various administrative tasks is necessary. The schedule includes daytime hours plus a required rotation of every other Saturday 8-1, and every other Wednesday until 8 pm.
