Job Details

Seeking an energetic/self-motivated individual to fill a
Full Time Resident Appointment Scheduler position
*Excellent Benefits Package*
**Regularly scheduled hours will be 8:00a-4:00p BUT hours may vary as needed.
**Must have a valid PA driver’s license
Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Nursing employee will be responsible for
(but not limited to):
*Scheduling resident’s appointments
*Resident transportation to/from appointment’s as needed
*Back up to nursing staff scheduler
*Responsible for nursing supply budget
*Responsible for ordering and stocking nursing supplies
Required Work Experience/Skills:
*Good computer skills
*Interpersonal skills
*Flexibility in hours
*Meets all health requirements imposed by the law. Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers and other facility staff.
*Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
*Demonstrates basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company applications.
*Must have a valid PA driver’s license
Education:
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
