• High school diploma or GED
• Two (2) years of Secretarial or related clerical/administrative experience
• Valid PA Driver’s License
• Responsible for performing administrative support functions for the Directors and Managers of the assigned department(s).
• Maintain financial accounts and records for the people we support as assigned
• Perform payroll and billing functions as assigned.
• Greet visitors, answer phones and direct callers.
• Proficient in word processing, graphics and spreadsheet software programs.
• Perform customer service and organizational skills (as required)
• Work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
