The candidate will be responsible for all office receptionist and administrative support duties, including greeting & receiving all clients, visitors and telephone callers, provide confidential clerical support, assisting staff in assigned work, processing legal documents and assisting with overall maintenance of the office.
Eventually, if desired the opportunity will arise to transition into a Long-Term Care & Estate Planning Case Manager position which will include tasks of drafting estate planning documents, Medicaid qualification planning & filing Medicaid applications with the County, and community outreach/marketing responsibilities.
