Main Function – Responsible for providing administrative support to Organizational Development, Resource Development, and Corporate Event and Campaign Manager.
Education – Two Year Degree Non Nursing, High School Grad or Equivalent
Two years of administrative experience including one year in a health care organization. Must have knowledge of organizational structure, policies, procedures, bylaws and systems. Knowledge of office management techniques, practices, computer systems, and applications. Knowledge of research methods and procedures sufficient to compile data and prepare reports. Knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Knowledge of purchasing, budgeting, bookkeeping, and inventory control. Skill in transcribing dictation and in the operation of office equipment. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the public. Ability to communicate and present information. Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities. Ability to work independently. Must be proficient in secretarial duties, organizational skills, and basic computer skills.
