Job Details

Main Function
Performs a variety of administrative and secretarial duties of a confidential nature, carries out delegated administrative functions, and schedules all meetings and appointments
Education: Preferred: Associates Degree
Experience
Prefer 2 years experience as an Administrative Secretary/Assistant.
Strong microcomputer skills and knowledge of multiple software applications are required including all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Must have the ability to work well under pressure, be capable of multi-tasking, exercise independent judgment, and maintain composure and pleasant attitude.
Experience working with highly confidential and sensitive information is required
