Thank you for your interest in our program! New applicants are selected and contacted as openings become available.

What Happens Next

If you are selected to proceed in the application process, several pieces of documentation will be required to prove program eligibility. By gathering these things now, you can expedite that process. They include:

  • Age:
    • Birth Certificate, Driver’s License or Passport
  • Legal to work in the United States:
    • Social Security Card, Immigration Card or Passport
  • Residency:
    • Please bring one of the following: Driver’s License, Utility Bill, Bank Statement, State/Federal/Tribal ID Card or Home Insurance Policy
  • Proof of family size:
    • Most recent tax form submitted to IRS
  • Financial Income:
    • Documentation of any income received in the last 6 months (such as pay stubs, Social Security letters, pension income statements, annuities, pensions, interest income, etc.)
  • Resume
  • If you are a veteran:
    • Veteran’s ID card or DD214 Form
  • If you are homeless:
    • A signed statement from an agency providing residence, shelter or social service
  • If you have a disability:
    • Social Security Administration letter, medical records, physician’s statement, psychologist’s diagnosis, letter from drug or alcohol rehabilitation agency, social service referral or vocational rehabilitation letter
